Long Island business owner looks to change NY's ‘subminimum wage' laws

A business on Long Island is on a mission for change. The owner of Melville Sock Company, which employs people with various challenges, is calling on lawmakers to right a major wrong. He says state law allows companies to pay people with disabilities as little as five cents an hour. NBC New York’s Greg Cergol reports.
